I teach a classical, old-world way of painting and drawing that is based on observation and work from life. My own work is firmly rooted is five years of solid academic training that I received in Russia, followed by my study of art and art history at the University of Florida, where I received a BFA degree.

Having taught private lessons for over 10 years, I welcome all ages and all levels of expertise. My preferred mediums are oil, watercolor, graphite and pastel.
