About the team The Global Accounts Payable Team is a fun, challenging, and fast-paced team to be on. This is a large team made up of very talented individuals located in the US, EMEA, and APAC regions. The team prides itself in working cohesively towards a common goal and creating a positive working atmosphere while supporting each other to enhance team performance. What you will be doing On a daily basis, you will be performing vendor maintenance activities for all FIS legal entities, requesting welcome packets for new vendors and validating all vendors' sites/bank changes. In addition, this position is responsible for completing the following: Assign work to team for incoming inquiries Perform training for new activities or process changes Conduct team or 1:1 meeting Identify and document process issue and escalate promptly to management Perform a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical/accounting functions in accordance with Global Accounts Payable standards Create and/or approve all requests for vendor merges Research/resolve invoices on hold that are assigned to the Vendor Maintenance team Assist in month-end and quarterly closing and reporting procedures (MSME, 1099, B Notices) Contact other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve problems Other related duties assigned as needed What you bring: Four years' experience in Accounts Payable/Vendor Maintenance and Accounting degree preferred Oracle Cloud experience preferred Verbal and written communication skills must be clear, tactful and constructive Proficient in the use of basic office equipment and applications Must be self-motivated and well-organized What we offer you Attractive benefits including private medical coverage, dental coverage, and travel insurance A modern, international work environment with a dedicated, motivated team A variety of career development tools, resources and opportunities The chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in financial services & technology Time to support charities and give back to your community .
