And along the way you'll work with smart, fun people while receiving a great benefits package and earn some serious perks.* Competitive base salary* Opportunities to gain valuable professional skills through on-going training* Benefits offered after 60 days to include: Health, Dental, Vision, and IRA options* Paid Holidays* Vacation* Career growth opportunities* Fun, innovative culture that will challenge you and support your growthWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORMinimum Qualifications:* High School Diploma / GED* Updated Resume Required* Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with high attention to detail.* Entry-level with Microsoft Windows platforms* Proficiency with MS Office 2007/2010* Proficient with Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables)* Excellent written and oral communication skills* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills* Excellent work ethic and dedication* Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the position.Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interact within all levels of the organization.WHY THIS POSITIONAs the Payroll Clerk, will be responsible for light Payroll job tasks.Job Responsibilities:* Process and complete ESC Tickets pertaining to Payroll.* Process emails, set up reminders for any waiting responses.* Request, change and import daily, weekly, and monthly reports.* Maintenance within ADP portal* Process NLEs submitted by all departments.* Oversee The WorkNumber, VOE letters, Garnishments, and upload in ADP SmartCompliance.* Assist employees and manage Payroll Inquiries.* Maintain Timecard Audit process.* Research minimum rate wages on DOL site.* Create and maintain SOP's that pertain to job tasks.* Serve as backup for other payroll members.* Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
