JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLEOVERVIEW
The CONTENT ANALYSTInternwill report to theSenior Manager of Content. He/she will be a member of the AccoladeContentteamwhere they willgain real world experiencedocumenting knowledge management processes and procedures.Thisposition willresponsible for sourcing, analyzing, and updating Accolade tools and curating content for customer partner programs that enable Health Assistants to support members with Medical, BH, Rx, Dental and Vision benefit claims and eligibility questions. Additionally, you will be responsible for participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives to provide content expertise across the business.

- Create standards forknowledge managementinitiatives
- Optimize implementation processesand procedures
- Applylessons learnedandcustomer feedbackforcontinuous improvement
- Build, maintain,and renew internal and customer/client-facing content for new customer implementations; source content, identify and resolve content gaps, design content structure, and ensure content is consistent with Accolade tools and style guides
