For Immediate consideration please email your full name, most updated resume, and best contact information --> is hiring for internal Onboarding Operations Associates!This would be a direct role with Aerotek as an internal employee!(Base pay ($17.78/ hour, potential for 4k in bonuses & FullBenefit Package Including PTO))Job Summary: The Onboarding Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring our customers - including but not limited to contract employees, clients, program offices, and alternative delivery teams - receive superior post-offer screening support as well as on-boarding and off-boarding support.Key Responsibilities: Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experienceReceive and review onboarding trigger (ESF, SIF, or other forms)Communicate all pre-employment screen requirements to the CSA, and coordinate contractor orientations, I9s, and other local onboarding requirements with the local field officeEnsure all potential contract employees adhere to pre-employment screen guidelines and are removed from the process if they are not compliantEnter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening process for contractorsManage the HR folder process to ensure onboarding paperwork is completely in a timely mannerEmphasize usage of Direct Deposit or electronic deposit and CashPay to all contractors and clientsProvide pre-employment documents and screen requirements to the candidate for review and signatureQualifications: 2 + years' experience in a customer service related positionAssociates degree or two years of applicable experience in customer serviceBA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, and Accounting preferredAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
