Description: The Customer Success Intern will work directly with the Customer Success Community Engagement Managers in Florida. The intern will support & shadow community engagement activity including Project Management, Discovery, Onboarding & User Experience. This includes working one on one with current Unite Florida providers through our First 1,000 Days partnership to ensure they are getting the most out of the Network. While engaging new providers and onboarding them to the Unite Florida Network. The intern will serve as a facilitator of change by removing barriers of gaps in services, and identifying new community partners throughout the state. The intern will have the opportunity to serve as the project manager for the Continuum of Care (CoC) organizations and Coalitions across the state working with the Network Director. The intern will be emerged into the Unite Us Customer Success Team, joining regular UU/CS, CEM meetings including bi-weekly Unite Florida meetings, full-team CS meetings and learning workshops, UU monthly all-hands, bi-weekly Southern Region team meetings and additional meetings related to projects. Projects: Community Liaison in partnership with First 1,000 Days Sarasota, First 1,000 Days Hillsborough & Pinellas. Remove Barriers of Gaps in services by identifying new community partners throughout the state. Project manager for CoCs and Coalitions establishing best practices on the Unite Florida Network across the state, as the Network Director & CEMs establish these relationships. What you'll do: Attend weekly account meetings with First 1,000 Days. Engage First 1,000 Days partners to join Unite Florida Network. Present a powerpoint presentation to First 1,000 Days partners introducing Unite Us and the Unite Florida Network. Work with Florida Team to identify gaps of services through monthly network reviews. Identify potential new providers to fill these gaps. Create a list of potential new providers to fill gaps in services. Import list of providers into Hubspot (CRM database). Send emails, make phone calls and attend meetings with current and potential providers. Attend taskforce and/or coalition meetings. Skills: Good written and verbal communication. Knowledge of Social Determinants of Health (SDoH). Passion for health and human services. Good presentation skills, comfortable with public speaking. Familiar with nonprofit organizations providing direct services. Comfortable with computer systems, internet search, CRM database and other systems. Ability to sit, stand and drive for extended periods of time. Ability to multitask working on multiple projects at once. Strong organizational skills are a must.
