The Business Analyst will monitor key metrics used to determine trends that will impact customers, act as an escalation point for customer issues and concerns, and work with product/ development in evaluating defect priorities that impact customers. Responsibilities Develop project scope, schedule, and requirements; and generate technical documents for developers to execute Act as professional liaison between executive project management and development team Generate cost/benefit analyses and business impact analyses for executive leadership Responsibly set up and host regular conference meetings between relevant developer and project management teams to keep projects on track and within budget Qualifications Bachelors or Master's degree 0-1 year of experience An ideal candidate should exhibit a desire to learn new skills, should be willing to participate in training programs, and must be wiling to start his career at entry-level management.
