This position is located in Jacksonville (partiallly remote). The Market Development Representative will pursue all leads to support rapid pipeline development for Crucialist Access Membership (CAM), Full Crucialist, QEG & GEMD as directed. Execute on marketing campaigns designed to facilitate rapid pipeline development for lead to opportunity conversion for assigned products, and to gather information outlined in required discovery to facilitate qualified lead transfer to sales on the appropriate timing. Responsibilities: Conduct telephone cold calling to qualify leads and convert to potential customers/opportunities. Make 50 sales calls per day. Facilitate propose to close against Small Company targets. Coordinate and set appointments for Market Development constituents as directed. Provide consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communication. Manage a quota for lead development and account conversions that will increase pipeline for qualified leads. Execute campaigns developed by corporate marketing including scripting, goal setting, problem solving due to lack of response. Provide feedback on customer response to campaigns to inform future marketing efforts. Demonstrate willingness to learn company best practices for CRM use, including documentation of all outreach in SF.com Demonstrate willingness to learn group health and workers compensation basics to establish trusted advisor status with company prospects. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare or related and a minimum of one year previous sales/inside sales experience required. Demonstrated ability in: cold-call selling, customer service and/or executing sales campaigns. Superior verbal and written communications skills. Self-starter who is able to operate in a fast paced/start-up environment. Previous high-volume cold calling experience for Business to Business outreach is preferred. Experience in health care, employee health benefits and insurance preferred. Solid time management focus. Willingness to communicate ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness of company processes.
