Title: IT Help Desk Dispatcher (Call Center Customer Service Rep.)
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Compensation: $22,000 - $26,000 P/Y - Entry Level


This IT Help Desk Dispatcher (Call Center) position will be based in Jacksonville, FL Primary duties will be to answer incoming calls and assist clients to resolve IT related issues. If a resolution is more complex than the dispatcher is able to handle, it will be their job to transfer to a senior IT help desk technician for remediation.
Requirements:

• High school Diploma
• Excellent customer service a MUST.
• Call center experience dealing with IT-related issues
• Tech Savvy and willing to learn
• Trainable
• Reliable

Preferred Experience with the following:

• Assisting End Users with Windows PC's installation, set-up, troubleshoot and repair
• Assisting End Users with Mac installation, set-up, troubleshoot and repair
• Assisting End Users with Desktop applicationsinstallation, set-up, troubleshoot and repair
• Assisting End Users with Anti-virus softwareinstallation, set-up, troubleshoot and repair
• Assisting End Users with Windows serversinstallation, set-up, troubleshoot and repair
• Assisting End Users with Smartphonesinstallationset-up, troubleshoot and repair
• Assisting End Users with Printer and network gearinstallation, set-up, troubleshoot and repair
