You will be responsible for providing support within IT by performing a wide range of administrative tasks. Some of your main responsibilities will be: Support the IT Asset Management team to assist with reporting functions of both IT Hardware Assets and Software Licenses/Entitlements Work within Excel to perform analytical function related to report data. Support End Users with new Hardware/Software Requests Assisting with the drafting of processes/procedures that support IT Asset Management functions. Performs routine tasks under direct supervision and within established procedures and guidelines Collaborate closely with fellow IT Asset Managment team members, for day-to-day tasks, plus team reviews for sharing and learning best practices Participate in planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of SharePoint/O365 solutions Studying new technologies with an eagerness to learn innovative and unfamiliar products quickly Must-haves: Actively enrolled in a degree program with a focus in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or similar field. Basic to Intermediate skills using Microsoft Excel for data analysis Nice-to-haves: Preferred exposure to SharePoint/O365 offerings Desire to learn new technology, including Microsoft's modern Office 365, with a continuous drive to learn more Enthusiastic about conveying knowledge Interacting with internal users and creating technology solutions to help our business succeed Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: aptitude in identifying opportunities and proposing creative new approachesExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in service-oriented environment Strong documentation skills (i.e. technical writing) Ability to plan, organize, and follow through on assigned tasks What an average day looks like: You communicate effectively verbally and in writing. You are skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including but not limited to reports, procedures, correspondences and other written materials.
