With the majority of companies streamlining their products/services our experience professionals aim to improve our consumer base by representing our clients better than they can.We are looking for an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to be part of our Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will answer customer calls and emails daily and help resolve any questions or issues in a professional, expeditious manner while maintaining a positive, courteous approach to internal and external customers.Salary range: $38000 - $48000 per year.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a positive attitude, and promote the company image by focusing on employee partnership, cooperation, and positive telephone and email manners.Support marketing and sales efforts with industry events, exhibits, or other sales- based events when necessary.Download, distribute, and answer all customer questions received via email.Receive and resolve, within established guidelines, customer issues, questions and concerns.Research and complete customer refunds and submit completed paper works for approval before being submitted to Accounts Receivable for payment.Monitor, resolve, document, and prepare reports on all customer complaints, driver route sheets, and call-in sheets and all customer problems relating to operations and coordinate with sales.Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.QualificationsHigh school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.Experience working with customer support.Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.Comfortable using computers.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.This job is not remote.
