We are currently hiring for Leave Management Ability Analysts and we are looking for people like YOU who truly want to make a difference.Let's take a closer look at a day in the life of a Claims Analyst.Location: Plantation, FLStart Date: April 27, 2020Training Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, ESTLength of Training: 4 weeks with no absencesWork Hours after Training: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, ESTResponsibilities:* Build strong partnerships by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and other business partners* Build credibility and gain trust while operating with integrity* Investigate claim facts and manage claim files* Deliver outcomes by achieving results in support of The Hartford's industry-leading claims standards* Learn and grow by receiving technical training to master your role and develop core competencies to build a great career* Leave Management Ability Analysts will review and investigate Family Medical Leave (FML)/process ADAAA, State leaves, employer specific leave claims and make phone calls to claimants as necessary* Ensure compliance with policy provisions and State and Federal regulations* Proven record of excellent customer service skills* Excellent critical thinking and listening skills* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Strong attention to detail* Demonstrates problem solving skills and sound judgment* Strong abilities in prioritization of work and multitasking* Possess a high level of initiative, is self directed, highly motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment* Leave Management experience is a plusAdditional Information:Travel Requirements:As part of the multi-week new hire training program, you may be required to travel out of state for up to two (2) weeks. All travel expenses are paid for by The Hartford.Training Requirements:As a condition of employment, you will be required to successfully complete a multi-week New Hire Training course and upon completion, obtain a passing score on the final course assessment.
