Our open concept apartments have stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and cherry wood cabinets. Some of our apartments have vinyl planked floors and others have rugs and tile floors. Our security deposit starts out at $200.00 (based on your credit score) and we have a $25.00 application fees per adult.



Our shortest lease is for 12 months. All you will need is:

**One months’ worth of pay stubs

**Make 2.5 times the total rent before Taxes

**If you have a pet, there is a one-time pet fee of $250.00 (No pet rent)



Our 1 bedrooms are $1500.00

Our 2 bedrooms are $1700.00

Our 3 bedrooms are $1900.00
